Founding attorney Colby L. Jones holds an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and chairs the Dispute Resolution Section of the Idaho State Bar. He is listed on both the Idaho Supreme Court Roster of Child Custody Mediators and the Idaho Supreme Court Roster of Parenting Coordinators, has authored articles published in The Advocate, and has presented at the Idaho State Bar and Idaho Mediation Association’s annual conference. He has been recognized on Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list and holds a 10.0 Superb Avvo Rating.
