Weston brings a wealth of experience and passion to his work as a family law practitioner. Divorce and custody disputes are among the most difficult events for clients to navigate, but Weston finds great fulfillment in guiding clients through the process and showing them that they matter. Weston strives to simplify and reduce the stress for clients, while also providing excellent representation.
Weston is a lifelong Idahoan, and he received his bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy(pre-law) from Idaho State University. He then attended the College of Law at the University of Idaho. During law school, Weston served as a Managing Editor of the Idaho Law Review. He was also awarded the prestigious CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his academic efforts.
Weston graduated from law school in 2022 and was admitted to practice law in Idaho’s State Courts and in the United States District Court of Idaho. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the American Bar Association.
In his free time, Weston enjoys outdoor adventures with his wife, Jasmine, and their three children. A self-proclaimed sports fanatic, he follows football, motocross, MMA, and basketball (among others).
