I seldom post reviews, but in this case I feel compelled after experiencing such exceptional service that I think could benefit many others. I could fill pages with positive comments. To provide a little background: I originally hired a large law firm in Boise to handle my case, but it quickly became apparent I was just another case number to them. After a month of frustration, I was fortunate to discover Colby, and after a thorough initial consultation, I hired him as substitute counsel. There was an immediate night and day difference. Colby Jones and his team are excellent at communicating at each stage of the case; I was never left wondering what the status of my case was, and they have gone above and beyond for me in every way. They treat you like a family member and not just another case number. It is abundantly clear they genuinely care about your legal matter and achieving a positive outcome for their clients. If I could give Mr. Jones 10 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I needed an actual attorney, not their secretary, to just hear my case and help me with a direction, some advice, and how to get started on an appeal. After calling 8 law offices and not getting anywhere, I made one last call. Mr. Jones answered the phone himself. He listened for a minute or two and then told me he had time to continue to hear what I had to say. He gave me his opinion and what he would do if he was me. He then walked me through the steps of what I needed to do while staying on the phone with me to make sure I felt confident in the process. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. I could go on and on about what an answer he was to my prayers.
